WanderMedicine wander

Step by step

  1. Set out on a wander in a natural space, using this time to reflect on any life choices or challenges you are currently facing.
  2. Take a moment before you begin to consider your intention for this wander.
  3. Choose a suitable natural space and think through any hazards or precautions you should take. As you walk, if you reach a choice, such as a path junction or an obstacle, pause and tune into your intuition to sense which way to go. Stay hydrated throughout, and let someone know when you are safely home.
  4. Afterwards, share your experience in whatever way feels comfortable, and consider talking to someone suitably skilled if anything difficult comes up.
