A WALK IN THE WOODS

£50.00

Getting to know woodland plants & trees & incorporating their gifts into a wilder lifestyle.

WHERE: Hambledon,Hampshire

WHEN: 9.30am to 5pm

MAXIMUM: 8

Are you interested in exploring ways of getting to know wild plants, where they like to live and how they can be utilised to support you incorporating them into a wilder life.

When I first met, what is often referred to as the ‘green wall’, wild plants found in hedgerows and woodlands I was overwhelmed.  Getting to know these plants, where they hung out and overcoming my fear of eating a poisonous plant or berry has taken some time.  I now know plants better including what their needs are and how we can respectfully share their gifts with them.

This part of your re-wilding journey will begin with tuning up your sensory apparatus.  We will then focus our attention on meeting some poisonous plants and consider ways to identify them and figure out where they typically found.

As we slowly wander in and around we will get to know some plants, trees & shrubs.  We will respectfully gather some of these plants and offerings from the trees & shrubs and explore how these precious gifts can be incorporated into a wilder life.
