Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information re-wild collects, why, how long it is kept and your rights. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
Who I am
re-wild (re-wild.co.uk) is run by Jay Witts, a sole trader based in Torbay, UK. I am the data controller for the personal information described here. To ask anything about your data, use the contact page.
What I collect and why

Who sees it
I do not sell or share your information for marketing. It is processed for me by: my website host (GoDaddy), WooCommerce on my website, the payment provider you choose at checkout, and my email newsletter service. Each only uses it to provide their service to me. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
How long I keep it

| Course health forms | Deleted 3 months after the course, unless there was an accident or incident, when they are kept for 3 years (until a child turns 21 if under 18) |

Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how it is used, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. Ask through the contact page and I will reply within one month. Some order records must be kept for tax even if you ask for deletion; I will tell you if so.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, please tell me first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
